RATT consists of paramedics trained for emergency situations in remote areas of the community that are difficult to access. Their specialized equipment enables our physician assistants to access all residents of our community.
The remotely piloted aircraft system helps us in an emergency before medical personnel arrive. They conduct search and rescue, provide emergency medical supplies and raise situational awareness. For example, they can deliver a life jacket, epi-pen or defibrillator to someone in need.

The Pioneer Program is a way to bring current and retired physicians together to show respect for years of dedication and commitment. It was a priority for Renfrew County Paramedic Service to encourage seniors in the community to volunteer at current PR events such as fairs, parades, medal ceremonies and health clinics.
All primary care and advanced care paramedics work under the Regional Paramedic Program for Eastern Ontario. Renfrew County Paramedic Services values continuing medical education and continuing education and professional development to strengthen its team.
