Beginner Keyboard To Learn Piano

Beginner Keyboard To Learn Piano – How long does it really take to play the piano? I will answer this question today and divide the piano into three categories: technique, playing by ear, and learning to sing.

I will answer this question very clearly and explain that if you exercise for a certain period of time, using a certain routine, and for a certain number of weeks, you will get certain results.

At the end of this blog post, I’ll give you a clear step-by-step game plan for learning different aspects of the piano over a period of time.

How long does it take to develop solid piano technique? First, we must define what this means for a specific qualification. I define solid technique as being able to play 12 major measures in sixteenth notes in 90 beats.

Does that mean you’ve mastered the technology? Of course not, but you have SOLID technology. Your finger strength, dexterity and coordination are sufficient for most songs.

How long will it take to get there? For about 12 weeks, if you exercise 5-6 days a week, do 10 minutes a day. This doesn’t mean skipping 5 days and doing an hour of training on the last day. Anyone who’s played the piano knows that doesn’t matter.

Also, if you want to master a rock-solid technique in 12 weeks, practice using “accelerated training techniques.” Playing it over and over again won’t get you results anytime soon. In my free course “Become a Piano Supernatural” I have four accelerated piano lessons.

Can 12 weeks really build hard skills? Yes, yes, you can. I will explain why later in this blog post.

How long does it take to play the piano by ear? And when I say good, I don’t mean you’re a master at playing by ear, I mean you can learn a popular song by ear in 10 minutes.

There are two main times to reach this level. If you can already play songs along, it will take about 4 months to learn to play the piano by ear. If you are a beginner and have never played a song together before, you need to learn other skills first, so it will take about 6 months.

First, practice 10 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week, just like technique.

Second, I learned this the hard way, you have to use systematic practice and practice, you can’t just improvise.

I also have an ear piercing game in my free class. In college I took a course that used some of these exercises and I learned much faster. During this season I play songs by ear.

How long does it take to learn a good song on the piano? This is a difficult question to determine as it depends on the difficulty of the song you are trying to play.

There is no real quantitative way to determine this, so I came up with something that works. If a random person hears you play and says “you play well”, then you play the song “well”.

How long will it take? About 6 months. This time, you will need to exercise for about 20 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. To do this, you need to do very specific exercises, break your song down into parts, and really focus on the parts that need to be worked on and that push you. Don’t spend half of your training time on the easy parts you already know – it won’t get you the results you want in 6 months.

Before I show you a specific game plan for learning the piano, I must address those who think that learning the piano so quickly is “too good to be true.” After working with so many students, I know that focus and consistent practice can produce amazing results. However, the biggest mistake people make is not following through on these little details!

A lot of students come to my class and show their weight, but they are not where they should be. They say they train 6 days a week, 20 minutes a day, but when I dig deep, I always find something. Do you know what it is? They did not follow the details. They didn’t even notice that they had actually skipped 3 days instead of 6 days.

Another thing that often happens is that people don’t use a stopwatch to time their workouts. I used to do the same thing, and over time those 10 minute workouts got down to 6 or 7 minutes. This is different.

If you are persistent and really have a break, you will get the results I share in this blog post.

People also say that “everyone is different”. Yes, that’s true, but they’re not that different. Even if someone is a little slow in learning different aspects of the piano, if they practice regularly and focus on the parts they don’t know yet, they won’t fall far behind in time. Maybe they’re a month or two behind, but they’re not going to spend twice as much time studying.

It may take you more or less time, but it’s the same as what I mentioned.

If you spent 6 months learning piano, 10 minutes a day on scales, 10 minutes on ear drills, and 20 minutes on song, you would:

Don’t have 40 minutes a day? Let’s say you only have 20 minutes. Maybe you spent 3 months focusing on technology and playing by ear. For another three months, you can focus on playing songs. Then you ride again and a year later you own 3.

Remember, it’s all about the details, and use the right technique, exercises, and strategies to speed up your workouts. To learn more, check out my free course “Become Piano Superman”.
