I joined the Air National Guard, where I served for another six years. And later he became a policeman. My career was cut short there, so I took some time off. I went to school full time when I was 30. Then I finally got a job with ADP.
[LAUREN, SALES MANAGER, ADP] I’ve been in the startup space for a while. So I had some sales experience, but never with a firm.

Even if it’s just a simple phone call – hey, you did a great job today. It’s great – and sharing it with the team. We do them through group chats. We do them through Webex. Every Friday we have calls where we announce every win we’ve had throughout the week. [LAUREN] They call it a roll call, but I call it a celebration of everyone’s efforts throughout the week. So when you grind it up, you shine. [JANELLE] It makes you feel good, especially if you’re someone who likes to be recognized, which is for me personally. I love to make people proud and happy.
