Dr. A.S. Culler was born and raised in Somerset County. He remembers his childhood dentist doing Donald Duck impressions, and that was enough to convince him that he was fine, and so was the career! After further exploring the medical field, the combination of arts and sciences involved in oral health care sealed the deal and he pursued an education in dentistry.

After earning a BS in Biology from Syracuse University, he attended New York University School of Dentistry and earned his DDS degree. Kuller then completed his dental residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where he won the Resident of the Year award. He later returned as chief resident, running the hospital’s dental clinic with first-year residents under his tutelage. He again won the Resident of the Year award, expanding his clinical skills and knowledge on a diverse and complex patient population.
After completing his residency program, Dr. Culler began working at a large group practice on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Here he further enhanced his skills in restorative, cosmetic and family dentistry as well as Invisalign. In NYC, he participated in the annual Give Kids a Smile Day and lectured children and parents in schools about proper oral hygiene. He is excited to enter the Toms River community and make an impact by giving back to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Dr. A.S. Kuller is an avid NY Giants fan and enjoys cooking, golfing, eating, stand-up comedy, reading and exploring new places along the Jersey Shore.
Dr. A.S. Brooke Kelly-Smith graduated from NJ University (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine). She later completed a general practice residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and credits their program with providing invaluable additional training. Dr. A.S. Kelly has been a certified Invisalign provider since 2008 and is an active member of the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. She is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry including detailed implant restoration.

Dr. A.S. Kelly is a proud alumna of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and competed in Division 1 basketball for the Pioneers. She loves the beach, rock concerts, skiing and basketball season! Dr. A.S. Kelly is married to her husband, Patrick, and they have a son, a daughter, and a goldfinch named Reef!
It is interesting that until the 5th grade, Dr. Kelly knew dentistry was in her future, which led to a wonderful experience at her pediatric dentist in Medford, NJ. She hopes to repeat this for the younger patients she sees now!
