I’ve been living here for about 2 years and I love it here. The complex is quiet and very close to everything. I love the pond and the duck and the neighbors are very nice. The ladies in the office are very responsive to any problem or question I have. I have recommended this site to many people!
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I have to say that I don’t really have too many complaints as I live in other apartments. They turned off my air conditioner 3 times and fixed it very quickly each time. AC man is one of the nicest people I know. I saw 2 cockroaches during my time here and office staff sent follow up for additional treatments throughout the week. For the most part, neighbors are quiet and respectful. All devices are fairly new so there are no issues. No one can enter my apartment unannounced. What I dislike: There are several wild cats and they have kittens every year. This makes it very difficult to walk my cat-hating dog. Red Truck Maintenance: If you live here, you know exactly who I’m talking about. He regularly drives through the parking lot, does not stop at stop signs and drives recklessly. Notifying the office staff makes no difference. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend living here.
Oasis of Mandarin disappointed me so much, I lived here for almost a year and had to move to another state because I was in the military. When I moved, I got a notification saying there were over six hundred dollars in fees, more than half of which was for pet fees. Reluctantly, I’ve never had a pet in this apartment just because of pet fees. I will gladly pay for any damage to the apartment, including carpet stains; but it’s insulting to blow for more money by claiming it was produced by pets. I read the equally awful reviews and dismissed them, thinking these were isolated incidents and could never have happened to me. Don’t be a fool like me and find another place to give your job. Respect is not mutual here. I will update this review accordingly.
Meadows At Oakleaf Townhomes
I’ve been living here for 14 months. The apartment is not modern but comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Everything is 5 minutes or less from Highways, Walmart, Target, WholeFoods, Publix, TJ Max, Marshall’s, Steinmart, Staples, Restaurants, Banks and more. Both pools are generally clean and the training room/gym needs a complete refurbishment. Office staff are polite and sometimes with a little heat application issues are resolved, but the issues are resolved. The garbage disposal has missed some purchases. Pest control comes often. The door to the complex was broken very often, which I do not particularly like because they stole the attention of a neighbor. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible experience.
